Do I need to be on Shopify Plus?+
No. PO Flow works on any Shopify plan — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, or Plus.
Can I migrate from Stocky?+
Yes. Suppliers, products, and historical POs can be imported via CSV. See /stocky-alternative for the full migration walkthrough, or get in touch and we'll help directly.
Does PO Flow update my Shopify inventory?+
Yes. PO Flow is a native Shopify app and updates inventory in real time as you receive line items. Costs sync back to Shopify too.
Can multiple people approve a PO?+
Yes. PO Flow supports single-approver, group, multi-level (sequential), and amount-based approval routing on the Pro plan. Configure routes per supplier or per dollar threshold.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
If you upgrade, billing starts automatically. If you don't, the app stops creating new POs but your existing data stays intact — you can return any time.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from inside the app. PO limits adjust immediately on the next billing cycle.
