How to update supplier contact details, address, and settings.

Editing vendor details

You can update supplier information at any time. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future POs and emails for that supplier.

How to edit a supplier

  1. Go to Suppliers and open the supplier you want to edit.
  2. Click the Profile tab.
  3. Click Edit or click directly on any field to edit it.
  4. Update the name, email, phone, or address as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Tabs on the supplier profile

  • Overview — key metrics: total spend, open POs, average lead time, on-time rate, last order date, and status.
  • Profile — company name, email, phone, address.
  • Contacts — individual contacts at the supplier.
  • Purchase Orders — all POs for this supplier.
  • Returns — all returns to supplier.
  • Credits — outstanding supplier credits.
  • Purchasing Settings — Shopify vendor name, payment terms, lead time settings.
  • Performance — on-time delivery rate, lead time trends, fill rate, return rate (Pro).

Changing a supplier email

If you change a supplier's email address, future emails sent via PO Flow will go to the new address. Previous emails that have already been sent are not affected.
