PDF branding

The PDF that PO Flow attaches to supplier emails can be branded to match your business. PDF branding lives in Settings → PDF Branding.

Logo — upload an image to display at the top of the PDF.
Logo position — choose left, center, or right.
Logo size — choose small, medium, or large.
Header background color — the band behind the PO header text.
Header text color — the text color used in that header band.
Accent color — used for emphasis throughout the PDF (totals, status badges).
Font family — the font used for body text.
Font size — small, medium, or large.
Footer text — appears at the bottom of every page.
Footer alignment — left, center, or right.
Watermark text and opacity — optional, useful for drafts or copies.

Click Save at the top of Settings. Future PDFs generated for POs and returns will use the new branding.
