PO Flow is not appearing in my Shopify Admin

If you cannot find or access PO Flow in your Shopify Admin, there are a few common causes and solutions.

Check if PO Flow is installed

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin → Apps.
  2. Look for PO Flow in your installed apps list.
  3. If it is not there, visit the Shopify App Store and reinstall it.

Check your staff permissions

If you are not the store owner, your access to PO Flow may be restricted. Ask your store owner to go to Settings → Users and permissions and make sure you have access to PO Flow.

Clear your browser cache

Sometimes the Shopify Admin interface can get into a stale state. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload your Shopify Admin.

Try a different browser

PO Flow works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop. If you are experiencing issues in one browser try another.

App was uninstalled

If PO Flow was uninstalled from the store — either intentionally or accidentally — it will not appear in the Apps section. Reinstall from the Shopify App Store. Your data will be preserved if you reinstall within 30 days of uninstalling.

Still cannot access PO Flow

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact PO Flow support via the Support page in the app or email support@hollistechnologies.com. Include your store domain and a description of what you see.
