PO Flow is not appearing

If PO Flow does not appear in your admin, check install status and approve any new permissions Shopify prompts you for.

PO Flow is not appearing

If PO Flow does not show up in your Shopify admin, work through these checks in order.

Check 1: confirm the app is installed

  1. Open SettingsApps and sales channels in your Shopify admin.
  2. Look for PO Flow in the installed apps list.
  3. If it is not listed, install it from the Shopify App Store.

Check 2: approve pending permissions

If PO Flow recently added a new scope, Shopify shows an Update app prompt the first time you open it. Click Update app and approve. Until you approve, parts of PO Flow may not load.

Check 3: subscription status

If your trial expired or a subscription lapsed, PO Flow redirects you to the Billing page. Pick a plan to restore access.

Check 4: try a fresh tab

If you have multiple Shopify admin tabs open, PO Flow can occasionally fall out of sync with the session. Close the tab and open PO Flow fresh from the Apps section.
