Reports and analytics

Available on the Pro plan. The Reports page bundles eight standard reports covering spend, delivery performance, products, returns, and landed costs.

Available reports

1. Spend by Supplier — total spend grouped by supplier.
2. POs by Status — count of POs in each status.
3. Monthly Spend Trends — spend by month for the selected range.
4. Lead Time Analysis — average days between PO send and first receipt per supplier.
5. On-Time Delivery Rate — percentage of POs received by their expected date per supplier.
6. Top Products Ordered — products ranked by total quantity ordered, with order count and total value.
7. Landed Costs Analysis — landed costs broken down by cost type across your POs.
8. Supplier Returns Summary — count and value of returns by supplier and reason.

Date range

Pick a date range at the top of the Reports page — Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Year to date. The reports recalculate live.

Exporting

Each report has an Export CSV button that downloads the underlying data for the chosen date range, so you can analyze further in a spreadsheet.
