Hollis AI assistant
Available on the Growth and Pro plans. Hollis is a chat assistant that knows your PO Flow data and can answer questions in plain language — for example, what is overdue, how much you have spent with a supplier this quarter, or which products are running low.
Where it lives
On the Growth and Pro plans, the Hollis chat widget loads automatically on every page inside PO Flow. Look for the chat bubble in the corner of the screen. Click to open and start a conversation.
What Hollis can help with
- Status questions like which POs are overdue, in draft, or pending approval.
- Supplier spend and history questions.
- Receipt and inventory questions tied to your POs.
- Pointing you to the right page or action when you describe what you want to do.
Hollis in Slack
If you connect Slack (see Slack integration), the same Hollis assistant becomes available as a /hollis slash command in any Slack channel where the app is installed. You can ask the same kinds of questions without leaving Slack.
