Add multiple contacts per supplier and mark one as primary for emails and notifications.

Managing supplier contacts

A supplier can have multiple named contacts — for example, a sales rep, an AP contact, and a warehouse manager. PO Flow tracks them as separate contact records on the supplier.

Adding a contact

  1. Open the supplier from the Suppliers list.
  2. Scroll to the Contacts section.
  3. Click Add Contact.
  4. Fill in the name, title, email, and phone. Tick Primary if this contact should be the default.
  5. Click Save.

Editing a contact

Click the contact row to open the edit modal, change the fields, and save.

Deleting a contact

Click Delete on the contact row and confirm. A deleted contact is removed entirely; the supplier itself is untouched.

How the primary contact is used

The primary contact is shown first on the supplier detail page and is the contact PO Flow associates with default communications. The PO email itself goes to the supplier's main Email field (the one on the supplier header), not the contact list.
