How to configure the emails PO Flow sends to suppliers and your team.
Email notification settings
PO Flow sends emails to suppliers when you send a PO or a return to supplier document. You can customise the sender name and reply-to address so emails look professional and replies come to the right inbox.
How to configure email settings
- Go to Settings → Email tab.
- Set the Sender Name — this is the name that appears in the From field. For example: Purchasing Team or your company name.
- Set the Reply-To Email — where supplier replies will go. This should be a monitored email address at your company.
- Click Save.
What emails PO Flow sends
- PO email — sent when you click Send to Supplier on a purchase order. Includes a PDF of the PO attached.
- Return to supplier email — sent when you click Send Email on an RTS document. Includes the return PDF attached.
- Approval notification — sent to approvers when a PO is submitted for approval. Includes a direct link to the PO in Shopify Admin.
- Support confirmation — sent to you when you submit a support request via the Support page.
All emails are sent from a Hollis Technologies domain
All emails are sent from noreply@mail.hollistechnologies.com using a verified sending domain. Your configured sender name and reply-to address are applied to each email so replies come directly to you.
