Email notification settings
Set the sender name and reply-to address used when emailing POs and returns to suppliers.
Email notification settings
PO Flow sends emails on your behalf when you click Send to Supplier on a PO or Send Email on a Return to Supplier. The sender identity is configured once and applies to every outbound email.
Configuration
Go to Settings → Sender Settings and set:
- Sender name — the name suppliers see in the From field, for example your business name.
- Reply-to address — where supplier replies go. This is usually your real email address.
PO Flow sends from a Hollis Technologies email infrastructure address for deliverability, with your sender name and reply-to applied — so the supplier sees emails as coming from you, and their replies reach you directly.
Per-send customization (Pro)
On the Pro plan, the Send Email modal also lets you customize the subject, body, CC, and BCC for each individual send. Defaults still come from your sender settings.
