Slack integration

Available on the Growth and Pro plans. The Slack integration delivers real-time PO Flow notifications in Slack and exposes the Hollis AI assistant through a /hollis slash command.

Connecting

Go to Settings → Slack.
Click Connect to Slack.
Sign in to your Slack workspace and pick the workspace to connect.
Approve the requested permissions for the channel where you want notifications.
You are returned to PO Flow with Slack confirmed as connected.

Notifications

Connected workspaces receive notifications for the major PO Flow events you would otherwise check by email — PO sent, approval requests, stock received. The exact channel and notification preferences are configured in the Slack integration during install.

The /hollis slash command

Once Slack is connected, type /hollis in any channel where the app is installed, followed by your question. For example: /hollis what POs are overdue? or /hollis how much did we spend with Acme last month? The Hollis AI assistant answers inline.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect Slack in Settings and confirm. The Slack app stops posting notifications and the /hollis command no longer responds.
