Product search relies on Shopify; if products are missing, check scopes and that the product is in your Shopify catalog.
Products are not showing up
PO Flow reads products live from Shopify whenever you search in the PO form or use SKU lookup. If a product you expect is not appearing, the cause is usually one of these.
Check the product exists in Shopify
Search for the product directly in your Shopify admin to confirm it exists, has at least one variant, and is not deleted or hidden behind a sales channel restriction.
Check the read_products scope is granted
If PO Flow ever prompts to Update app on launch, approve. Without read_products, the search returns nothing.
Check the SKU exists
If you are importing a CSV with SKU-only rows, the SKU must exist on a Shopify variant for PO Flow to auto-fill the product title and cost. SKUs are matched case-sensitively against the Shopify variant SKU field.
Try a broader search
The product search matches against title, SKU, and vendor. If a search returns no results, try fewer characters or just the SKU.
